Without our hardworking and conscientious team, VDBH would not work. We value everyone who works with us. We try to make their working life as pleasant, safe and enjoyable as we can by doing a few extra things. We provide a confidential 24/7 helpline should anyone need to talk about a problem (non-work related). Everyone is gifted their birthday off if it falls on a work day and everyone has a “wellbeing” day in addition to their annual leave.
